• 1 Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Tobias Lindorfer (“Seller”) and the customer (“Customer”) via the online shop spacetimearchitecture.com. (2) The Seller provides his services exclusively on the basis of these GTC. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not be recognised unless the Seller has expressly agreed to their validity in writing. (3) The Customer, within the meaning of these GTC, may be a consumer or an entrepreneur.

• 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalogue. (2) By clicking the “Buy” or “Place Order” button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. (3) The confirmation of the order receipt immediately follows the submission of the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded when the Seller declares acceptance of the offer by a separate email (order confirmation) or by sending the goods.

• 3 Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment

(1) All prices are stated in Euro (€). (2) VAT Exemption (Small Business Regulation): All prices are total prices. Note on sales tax: In accordance with § 6 (1) Z 27 UStG (small business regulation), the invoice amount does not include sales tax. (3) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs are incurred. The exact costs are clearly communicated to the Customer during the ordering process before the binding offer is submitted. (4) Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, Prepayment. (5) The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received (retention of title).

• 4 Delivery and Transfer of Risk

(1) Delivery is carried out by a shipping service provider chosen by the Seller (e.g., Austrian Post, DHL, Hermes). (2) The delivery time is 3-14 business days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product. (3) Transfer of Risk for Consumers: The risk for the loss or damage of the goods only transfers to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer (who is not the carrier). (4) Transfer of Risk for Entrepreneurs: In the case of entrepreneurs, the risk transfers to the entrepreneur upon handover of the goods to the transport service provider.
