  1. General Information and Scope of Application

We, Tobias Lindorfer (“Website Operator”), inform you below about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website spacetimearchitecture.com. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003 – TKG 2003).

As soon as you access or visit our website as a user, your IP address and the start and end of the session are recorded. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

  1. Contacting Us

If you contact us either via the contact form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry until it has been fully resolved. Your data will not be passed on without your consent.

  1. Data Processing in the Webshop (Contract Processing)

To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner in cookies, as well as the contents of the shopping cart.

For contract processing, we also store the following data: Name and email address, delivery and billing address, order date and order history, telephone number (if provided).

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The collected data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of payment data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

  • Deletion upon Cancellation: If the purchase process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted.
  • Storage Period: If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The details (name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase) will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years).
  • Legal Basis: Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.
  1. Server Log Files

This website and its provider automatically collect information in the form of so-called “Server Log Files” when you use the website. This includes, in particular:

  • IP address or hostname
  • Browser used
  • Duration of visit to the website, date, and time
  • Pages accessed on the website
  • Language settings and operating system
  • “Leaving page” (URL from which the user left the website)
  • ISP (Internet Service Provider)

This collected information is not processed in a personal manner or linked to personal data. The data recorded in the server log file is stored for a maximum period of 7 days and then deleted. Storage beyond this period only takes place if this is necessary to clarify security incidents or in the event of justified suspicion of illegal use.

5. Use of Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website.

Purpose: The Meta Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to optimize these ads. Additionally, we can retarget users who have visited our website with advertising (retargeting).

Data Processed: IP address, browser information, visited pages, viewed products, purchases, shopping cart contents.

Legal Basis: Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 96 (3) TKG 2003. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Data Transfer to Third Countries:** Meta may also transfer data to the USA. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission.

Storage Period: Data is stored by Meta for a maximum of 180 days.

6. Processing by Payment Service Providers

As part of contract processing, we use external payment service providers to process payments for your orders securely and efficiently. Your data is transmitted directly to the respective service provider, as we do not store any credit card or bank details ourselves.

The legal basis for this data transfer is the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR).

We use the following payment service providers:
